My name is Monty Miller and I am the founder and lead instructor of Wilmington, NC’s newest and most innovative fitness program. My mission is simply to help women quickly and permanently lose weight and get in phenomenal shape with minimal time and expense. This is my specialty area and is the focus of my business.
In my 10 years of working in this industry I have seen clients obtain dramatic weight loss, lower cholesterol & blood pressure, get off medication and every other outcome imaginable. I have worked with clients from kids to 65 years old. It has been my experience that anyone can get in shape and achieve the body of their dreams, but they have to decide to do it for themselves.
I started this Boot Camp Fitness program to break people out of the traditional workout mold and to provide a system of training that will provide a physical and mental challenge and to help people achieve results! Boot Camp Fitness is a cutting edge combination of balanced nutrition and progressive exercise that increases your metabolism and is specifically geared to help you lose body fat and achieve a high level of physical conditioning. My hope is that this program will help to get you out of the gym rut and achieve what you never thought possible.
Here is some more personal information that will hopefully help you get to know me a little and make you more comfortable to come try my programs.
Personality: I am extremely laid back and easy going. I promise I won’t bite.
Education: I have been a UNC Tarheel fan since childhood and eventually completed my masters degree in exercise physiology there. Go Heels!
Marital Status: I was blessed to marry the beautiful woman beside me in the picture at the top of the page in April of 2008.
Hobbies: In addition to exercise, I like to read and spend time with friends and family (including my cousins, “Ben & Jerry
”).
Favorite movie: Braveheart, FREEDOOOMMMMM!
Favorite TV show: The Office is hilarious!
